What I do works at a different layer. Not your thoughts. Not your behaviour. The patterns underneath both. The ones you inherited before you had a choice about it, and the ones your body has been holding without you realising.
My sessions are gentle on your nervous system. And nope, that’s not a marketing line. Healing doesn’t have to be intense to be effective. In fact, the gentler it is, the deeper it tends to go.
And the work doesn’t stop when the session ends. The energy continues to integrate for up to 7 days afterwards. You’ll often notice the biggest shifts in the days that follow, not during the session itself.

Everything you need to know about sessions, bookings and what to expect.
Each session is guided by your energy needs. You may feel sensations in your body, emotions or mind. My healing work is gentle, supportive and tailored to you.
It depends on the session you book, but generally sessions last around 60-75 minutes. If you buy the Healing Reset Package, I also include a short intro meeting to set intentions and ensure your sessions fit your situation and needs.
Not at all. You don’t need prior experience. Wether this is your first ever session or your 10th, the work always adapts to your energy and your needs. You only need to show up. The rest takes care of itself.
The energy stays with you after the session ends and can last for up to 7 days to integrate in your system. You’re supported well after our time together.
Booking is simple, just pick your session and select a date & time. No special preparation is needed for your session; show up as you are and I’ll guide the rest. Note: if you’re booking the Healing Reset Package, we will have a short intro meeting before the first session to tailor the work to your needs.
